Terms and Conditions

  1. Balances to be paid to the Atlanta Limonet LLC before the beginning of the run.
  2. All charges, are estimated based on flat rates. Tolls, stops, parking and other fees may apply.
  3. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
  4. Atlanta Limonet LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown of the vehicle while on charter or during the run, and will only be responsible for making up a refund at a mutually agreed date.
  5. Not responsible for delays or the termination, caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  6. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  7. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
  8. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited.
  9. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver.
  10. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
  11. Atlanta Limonet LLC is not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
  12. Atlanta Limonet LLC reserve the right to refuse or cancel service.
  13. A charge equal to the total trip cost will be charged for cancellation made less than 2 hours, before start time.
